Where to Start?

You may have stamped plans, or just the germ of an idea. Either way, we are here to talk to. Apart from being passionate about our building work, we also try to help with design. It’s OK if you have your own design or designer, we will happily work to a completed plan. But if you’re just starting to put your thoughts together, we can help. We believe very strongly in solar values when designing a job, just as we also believe in looking after the heritage aspect of many of the homes around our build area. We are happy to be used as a sounding board for a project in the early stages, or to call upon a range of other services as required to get things moving. We ask the right questions, and identify the key points in a potential project, to make things proceed as smoothly as possible. Some of the questions we ask are:

• Where is the view?
• Where is north?
• How does the land shape the build?
